Situation - In preparation for the 2026 Digital Government Authority (DGA) Digital Experience Maturity Index (DXMI) assessment, a government Ministry required coordinated transformation and assessment-readiness support for three major digital platforms serving multiple beneficiary and business journeys. The principal platform entered the program with a 2025 maturity score of 85.88% and a national ranking of 22nd out of 50, together with 87 formal recommendations across beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaints handling, and technologies & tools.
The 2026 assessment required a significantly structured evidence programme across all 4 dimensions (CSAT, CX, Customer Care, Tools & technologies (incl. 22 DXMI requirements). The work required prior-year recommendation analysis, framework development, evidence mapping, stakeholder alignment, quality improvement, bilingual documentation, traceability and submission governance across three platforms.
Solution - We established a structured multi-platform transformation and assessment program that linked beneficiary experience, operational processes, data, technology and assessment evidence. We analysed prior-year DXMI findings, translated them into improvement priorities, mapped evidence and capability gaps against the 2026 framework, and worked with cross-functional platform teams to create consistent, assessment-ready artefacts.
The programme deliberately used DXMI as a transformation instrument rather than a compliance checklist. The approach connected beneficiary satisfaction and user journeys with complaints handling, digital inclusion, operational processes, data integration, technology enablement and continuous improvement.
